However, over the years, these features had become worn and dated, and the home was in need of modern updates to bring it up to contemporary standards. The kitchen and bathrooms were particularly outdated, with old appliances, fixtures, and tile work that had become discoloured and damaged over time. The home's electrical and plumbing systems were also in need of upgrading to meet current codes and standards. Overall, the home was in need of a complete overhaul to restore it to its former glory and make it suitable for modern living.
The Renovation Process
