The Founder: Stan Lorenzo
I have over twenty years of Project Management, Renovation and Construction experience. I started by learning different trades hands-on and the how and why and when specific work got done.
In the preliminary stages, I learned that, “Practice does not make perfect,” but rather, that, “Perfect practice makes perfect.” I paid exceptionally close attention to the details and made sure that even if it took me longer and it cost me more, I needed to be completely satisfied with my work so my clients would be highly satisfied.
After 8 years of working for others, and seeing how Project Management, renovation and construction industries was being tainted with workers that were less skilled, I decided it was time to set up my own shop and give my clients what they really wanted and needed, the Service of a reliable experienced and honest person. This turned into my dream–now well on its way to becoming my reality.
Kaizen means: Constant and never ending improvement. It is how I live my personal life and I want my company to reflect that.
Over the last 20+ years, I have been involved in the buying and selling of many properties. Whether the property was residential or commercial, I quickly learned that a place not only has to look good to sell, but it has to work.
I work very hard on creating win/win solutions for every one of my clients. I have learned that quality and workmanship can be given to clients without outrageous prices.
